These two songs are my final project for my junior year of college. The project was to experiment with my creative habits. While I'm trying to learn how to be a filmmaker, my first source for creativity will always be music so, I thought it would be interesting to try and blend the two together.

"Just Particles" is a reflection on my creative process as a whole. I constantly go back and forth between creation and destruction and the ebb and flow between the two, while completely frustrating at times, is something I very much rely upon to get to the final product.

"You're in Bad Shape Now" is a reflection on my creativity specifically in the time of COVID-19. There's so much uncertainty in the world right now but this is my attempt at making sense of it for myself.

I know I'm not alone in feeling like all of my creative plans for this year got either completely erased or massively refocused but this project has really helped me realize what's possible on my own if I can have a clear enough vision of what I want. Self-actualization is super hard but, if anything, these two songs are an example of how possible it actually is.
